First Meiwa (1764) fisherman with a history of 250 years since foundation. It is a well-established store that served as a way to cook the Daimyo Yashiki of each clan, using fish in Setouchi, Kyo vegetables, and rich spring water that supported Fushimi's sake brewery. Mr. Araki, who inherited the goodwill, aims to not only skipjack and kelp but also new Kyoto cuisine that makes use of the taste and sweetness of vegetables. As well as soup stock, you can taste dishes that are compatible with Fushimi local sake using Kyoto vegetables of good seasons compatible with Fushimi's local sake using Fusimi's inscription water to rice and tea.
