Acquerelloは、30年以上、サンフランシスコを代表する優れたイタリアンの名店として知られている。開放感のあるメインダイニングルームはチャペルを改装して造られており、アーチ型の板張りの天井と、明るい水彩画や贅沢なフラワーアレンジメントで彩られた空間を楽しめる。ミシュラン2つ星を獲得した総料理長スゼット・グレシャム率いるキッチンでは、季節のテイスティングメニューを組み合わせた3品～5品のコースメニューから選ぶことができる。おすすめの料理は、フォアグラ、黒トリュフとマルサーラソースを添えたリガトーニ、Diavolicchio（乾燥とうがらし）を使用したロブスターブイヨンにつけたロブスター・パンツェロッティ。

For nearly 30 years, Acquerello has been San Francisco's preeminent, Italian fine-dining experience. The airy main dining room is in a converted chapel, lushly appointed with bright watercolor paintings and lavish floral arrangements under arched, wood beam ceilings. The double-Michelin-starred kitchen, helmed by Executive Chef Suzette Gresham, exclusively offers diners a choice of either a 3-5 course prix-fixe menu or grand, seasonal tasting menu. Signature Dishes include: Ridged Pasta with foie gras, black truffles & Marsala, and Lobster Panzerotti in a spicy lobster brodo with “Diavolicchio”.

Remarks	Street parking is limited but there is a parking lot opposite the restaurant (1725 Sacramento St). Dress formal. Jackets are suggested for gentlemen with the equivalent attire for ladies. Please, no T-shirts, shorts, sneakers, athletic-wear or flip-flops. Non-smoking. In order to receive your dining benefit, reservations must be booked through Luxury Card Concierge.
