明治41年に数寄屋造りの名工 上坂浅次郎や北村捨次郎によって建てられた本館と、円山公園など多くの名勝を手がけた庭師 七代目小川治兵衛による庭園を有する歴史的建築物を舞台とした料亭。永年京都の料亭で料理長を務めてきた藤原誠氏の、節会を美しく表現した京料理を味わうことができる。

Japanese restaurant with Hiramatsu's first store. Please enjoy the name garden which changes the expression every season with the dish.
A restaurant set in a historical building with a garden by Ogawa Kiyofo, the seventh generation gardener who handled many scenic venues such as the main building built by Meiji Yasuzaka Asajiro and Kitamura Kenjiro in Meiji 41, and Maruyama Park. Mr. Makoto Fujiwara who served as chef at the restaurant in Kyoto for many years can enjoy the Kyoto cuisine which beautifully expresses the society.
