享和元年（1801年）に近江屋又八が京に開いた宿が『近又』の始まり。四条通りの喧噪のすぐ近くながら、往事の佇まいを今に伝えています。その建物は国の登録有形文化財に指定されるほど貴重なもの。四百年にもわたって京の台所を支えてきた錦市場のすぐ間近。産地から選りすぐられた新鮮な鮮魚や京野菜を七代目当主、鵜飼治二氏による匠の技で懐石に仕立てた洗練の料理に舌鼓。

Refined Kyoto cuisine to taste at a cooking ryokan that lasts more than two centuries
At the beginning of Kiwa first year (1801) Omiya Yachihi opened in Kyoto is the beginning of "nearby". While closely adjacent to the bustle of Shijyo-dori, I am telling the appearance of my former office. The building is valuable enough to be designated as a registered tangible cultural asset of the country. It is close to the Nishiki market which has supported Kyoto's kitchen for over four hundred years. Fresh fresh fish and Kyo vegetables selected from the production area are tasty for sophisticated dishes tailored to Kaiseki by master of the seventh generation, Mr. Kazu Ukai's masterpiece.
