店名の『五明』とは江戸時代に秋田蕉風の祖と仰がれた俳人・吉川五明の事で、その末裔であるオーナーが秋田の味覚を凝縮した鉄板焼きのコースを用意します。秋田の旬野菜と共に満喫できるのは現地の直営牧場で肥育した口どけの良い秋田牛のフィレやサーロインのステーキ。また土鍋で炊いた秋田米とひと口すき焼きや、自家製のどら焼きなども名物です。

Enchanted teppanyaki course to taste Akita's taste
"Shuei Ming" of the shop name is the haiku, Yoshikawa Goryu who was called as the father of Akita Shofui in the Edo period, prepares a teppan-yaki course where the owner who is descended condensed the taste of Akita. Akita 's seasonal vegetables can be fully enjoyed with the steak of fillets and sirloin of Akita beef which fattened at the directly operated farms locally. Also, Akita rice cooked in the pot and a sukiyaki with a single head, and homemade dorayaki etc are also specialties.
