料理長の石田氏とソムリエの飛田氏は銀座の星付き日本料理店や数々の名店で活躍。2016年に2人がタッグを組み、オープンしたのが、ここ「乃木坂しん」です。石田氏の出身でもある徳島から仕入れた素材などを軸に、丁寧な仕事を施した料理には、飛田氏が選び抜いた様々なワインやお酒がぴったりと寄り添います。静謐としたカウンターのほか、個室を完備しており、会食や接待と様々なシーンでも活躍してくれます。

Next-generation specialty shop where two chefs and a sommelier who makes the most moves
Mr. Ishida, chef's chef and Mr. Tobita of sommelier, worked at a Japanese restaurant with stars in Ginza and numerous major stores. It is here that "Nogizaka Shin" is the place where two persons tagged and opened in 2016. Mr. Mr. Uchida's various wines and liquors crowd closely together for the dishes that had carefully worked on the materials purchased from Tokushima also from Ishida's origin. In addition to a quiet counter, it is fully equipped with private rooms, and it will also be active in various occasions such as dinner and entertainment.
