Up-and-coming individualistic French restaurant with fish as the main character
From the appetizers to the main dish, all the dishes served are mainly composed of seafood. It is a French restaurant full of "fish love". Kotaro Meguro Chef is a young man in her early thirties, but he is a talented man who practiced independence by repeatedly practicing at the three star restaurant in Marseille and "Cantesens".
