下町・浅草、隅田川沿いに2016年7月に誕生したフランス料理店。シェフの渡辺氏は世界的な名店「ジョエル・ロブション」でエグゼクティブシェフを長年務めてきた人物。渡辺氏が作り出すのはあくまでも、ベースや技法はフランス料理のそれにのっとりながら、下町に根付いた老舗の素材などを用いた、地域と融合したフランス料理。そばがきとキャビア・ウニを使用した前菜や最中とトランペット茸・牛フィレのメインなど、驚きの発想の料理で魅了してくれます。

Edo French creativity created by the chef who played an active part in Joel Robuchon
French restaurant · Asakusa, a French restaurant born in July 2016 along the Sumida River. Mr. Watanabe of the chef has been an executive chef for many years at the world-famous "Joel Robuchon". Mr. Watanabe creates French cuisine integrated with the region, using the well-established materials and the like rooted in the downtown while keeping the base and technique in accordance with that of French cuisine. They are fascinated with dishes of surprising ideas such as appetizer using cabbage · sea urchin and main of trumpet mushrooms and beef fillets.
